Friendz & Co. was founded back in 2017 by three young adults with Downs Syndrome and their families.
After years of witnessing stigma against those with disabilities in the work environment, the team wanted to ensure that opportunities were provided for those wanting and willing to learn.

With many benefits including improving confidence, reducing stress and enhancing communication skills, Friendz & Co strives to provide valuable experiences for those who need it.

Our Mission
We endeavour to provide training and real work experience for those with a disability or mental health challenges who want to get into employment.
Our Vision
Our vision is to empower those who need it the most, support them and enable them to find and enjoy employment to its fullest without limitations.
